Booking Process
Once you have decided on a training, the first step is to choose your preferred accommodation option and complete the application form on our website.
After submitting your application, we will review availability in the background and get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your spot. You will then receive an email with all payment details, including our bank information.
To secure your place in the training, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total price is required. Once the deposit has been received, your booking will be considered confirmed. The remaining balance must be paid no later than eight weeks before the start of the training. After full payment, you will receive your official invoice.
Approximately eight weeks before the training begins, we will contact you via the email address provided with detailed information regarding arrival, accommodation, and the training schedule. In the meantime, you are welcome to reach out to us anytime.
